During Production Inspection

The During Production Inspection (DPI/DUPRO) is your shield against potential issues, providing insights and guidance to ensure that your production proceeds smoothly and aligns with your quality expectations. DPI/DUPRO is more than an inspection; it's a dynamic process that occurs on-site during the production phase.

Typically carried out when 10% - 20% of goods have been checked and packed, this stage involves identifying potential problems in semi-finished goods across various production processes. Incorporating visual aids, such as photos, our inspection report details the status of key production processes. This visual representation offers a comprehensive overview of the production status, highlighting both strengths and areas that may require attention. The inspection process includes proportionally and randomly checking goods using the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard. This step ensures that packed and finished products adhere to your specified quality criteria, maintaining consistency and integrity.

Benefits of DPI Inspection:

• DPI is your investigative tool for nonconformities. It delves deep into the causes of any deviations from standards and suggests corrective and preventive actions. By identifying the root causes, our inspection helps eliminate issues at their source, preventing recurrence.
• Make necessary correction on the findings if the factory's clarification is acceptable
• Draw production sample or item (including defect or testing sample) if required
• Defect photos and reference photos shall be taken for applicant’s reference, if necessary.

• Production status & storage conditions
• Order & sample monitoring
• Product description, style & color
• Product readiness
• Workmanship
• Data measurement / check
• Form of packaging
• Shipping mark if available
• Other item(s) specified by the applicant
